Subprocessors

CircleUp is operated by Sigma Horse LLC (“SigmaHorse”). To provide the Service, we engage the third-party subprocessors below to process limited personal data on our behalf. Each is bound by a data processing agreement (or equivalent contractual terms) and processes data only as needed to deliver its service.
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Purpose
- Cloud hosting, database, object storage, and messaging.
- Data processed
- All application data — account, organization, video metadata, transcripts, files, and AI content.
- Location
- United States — us-east-2 (Ohio).
Cloudflare, Inc.
- Purpose
- Video upload, encoding, storage, and delivery (Cloudflare Stream), and auto-generated captions.
- Data processed
- Video recordings and their generated captions.
- Location
- United States / global edge.
Stripe, Inc.
- Purpose
- Subscription billing and payment processing.
- Data processed
- Billing email and payment method. Card numbers are held by Stripe; CircleUp never stores them.
- Location
- United States.
Anthropic (via Amazon Bedrock)
- Purpose
- AI question-answering grounded in your content.
- Data processed
- Briefing transcripts, uploaded file text, and submitted questions — sent for inference only, never used to train models.
- Location
- United States — AWS Bedrock, us-east-2.
