Subprocessors

CircleUp is operated by Sigma Horse LLC (“SigmaHorse”). To provide the Service, we engage the third-party subprocessors below to process limited personal data on our behalf. Each is bound by a data processing agreement (or equivalent contractual terms) and processes data only as needed to deliver its service.

• Amazon Web Services (AWS)

  Purpose

  Cloud hosting, database, object storage, and messaging.

  Data processed

  All application data — account, organization, video metadata, transcripts, files, and AI content.

  Location

  United States — us-east-2 (Ohio).

• Cloudflare, Inc.

  Purpose

  Video upload, encoding, storage, and delivery (Cloudflare Stream), and auto-generated captions.

  Data processed

  Video recordings and their generated captions.

  Location

  United States / global edge.

• Stripe, Inc.

  Purpose

  Subscription billing and payment processing.

  Data processed

  Billing email and payment method. Card numbers are held by Stripe; CircleUp never stores them.

  Location

  United States.

• Anthropic (via Amazon Bedrock)

  Purpose

  AI question-answering grounded in your content.

  Data processed

  Briefing transcripts, uploaded file text, and submitted questions — sent for inference only, never used to train models.

  Location

  United States — AWS Bedrock, us-east-2.
