- Is it billed per seat?
- No. One price covers up to 30 team members at the location — hire and swap freely inside that.
- What can the AI see?
- Only your briefings and the files you attach. It cites what it used, and escalates what it can't find.
- Do employees need an account?
- They sign in with their phone number and join by invite. No email, no password to forget.
*Starter includes 2,500 AI questions per location each month. If you go over, we may pause new questions until your next billing period. Starter also lets you send a CircleUp to 5 new people outside your team each billing month; sending it again to someone who already has it doesn't count. To protect the service for everyone, we may apply rate limits to activity that is excessive or automated — see Terms of Service §5.3.
